ZY-10 Self-lubricating bearings
It’s made of high quality low-carbon steel plate, sintered porous bronze as its interlayer and the compound of PTFE material and Pb as its surface. It can offer the properties of good self-lubricating anti-abrasion, low-friction, fully develop the advantages of metal and multi-element polymer.It's used in steel metallurgical industry, such as those used in roller grooves of successive casting machines, cement grout pump and spiral conveyers for cement etc.
- PTFE/Pb Composition, 0.01-0.03mm, anti-abrasion material, which will form a lubricating film during operation.
- Sintered Bronze powder layer, 0.2-0.35mm, which further strengthen the combination of the steel plate and PTFE layer and transfer the heat more quickly.
- Low carbon steel backing, bear high load transfer heat.
- Copper/Tin plating layer, anti-corrosion.
